Opening an account on ji9 is completely free. Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
Ji9 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to keep the platform secure. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for any transaction exceeding ৳10,000. You'll need to submit a scanned copy of your national ID, driving licence, or passport.
Security Tip: Never share your password with anyone. No ji9 staff member will ever ask for your password. If you receive a suspicious message, report it to support@ji9.im immediately.
You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Sharing, renting, or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on ji9. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — except in cases of technical error.

Ji9 reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds for that bet will not change. In live betting, odds fluctuate in real time — the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final.
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In the case of a partial match, a decision will be made in accordance with ji9's own policy, which generally depends on the outcome of play.
Cash Out: Cash out is available on selected events. The cash out amount is determined by ji9 based on the current state of the match.
All financial transactions on ji9 are fully secure and encrypted. We support local payment methods for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.
Important: Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn. These requirements do not apply to your original deposit.
A pending withdrawal request can be cancelled while it is still being processed. However, once it has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible. ji9 will not be held responsible for funds sent to an incorrect number — please double-check all details before confirming a transaction.
